PA Inspection Records, Scanner & Shop Tools
Important: These original tools run in this browser and save their own data locally. They are not yet connected to Supabase, and their customers, inspections, appointments, and invoices will not automatically synchronize with the online records. Use the Supabase tabs for your primary shop records. Download backups regularly. The inspection record sheets are not official PennDOT forms.
Includes the original Honeywell 4600R scanner, PA inspection ledger and checklist, inspection reminders, appointment calendar, reminder letters, printable invoices, daily dashboard, and backup/settings.

Payments, Payables & Receivables
Important: Accounting entries use Supabase after you install the included database migration. Until then, this section is read-only. Existing browser-only entries are not deleted or imported automatically. Invoice matching and payment reconciliation still require further work.
Square Reader — iPhone Payment Setup
Status: Setup only — not connected. This program does not yet initiate card charges or automatically mark invoices paid. Your Square Reader connects to the Square Point of Sale app on your iPhone, not directly to the Windows browser.
Planned flow: select an invoice → Pay with Square on iPhone → Square app processes the card → secure server verifies the payment → invoice balance and reports update. This requires a Square developer application, an approved return URL, a secure Cloudflare Worker endpoint, and reconciliation testing.

Accounting & Reports
Read-only reports from your online invoices. Drafts are excluded from sales. These reports are invoice-based, not cash-received or verified tax filings. Review with your accountant before filing taxes.
Open a report to load invoice totals.
Only invoices with a valid invoice date are included. A saved draft is not a completed sale. Taxes are summed from the tax amounts manually entered on invoices; this is not an automatic Pennsylvania tax calculation. Refunds, voids, and payments are not separately reconciled.

This calendar is stored in Supabase. It is not yet synced to iCloud Calendar.
DYMO 450 — Oil Change Reminder Labels
Print oil change reminder labels on your DYMO LabelWriter 450. Choose your DYMO printer in the browser print dialog, set scaling to 100% (Actual size), margins to None, and disable Fit to Page, and use the matching label roll.
Auto fit reduces the font when needed. Larger manual sizes may clip long text; check the preview.

Important: In Print settings choose DYMO 450, paper size 2⅛ × 2¾ inches, Scale 100%, Margins None, and turn OFF Fit to Page. If text still looks small, choose 14 or 16 pt above. Printing opens the browser print dialog; select your DYMO LabelWriter 450. The label dimensions are 2⅛ × 2¾ inches. If your printer driver rotates the label, choose the corresponding orientation. Test with one label before printing a batch.
